          The report is made out to the teacher and school so please leave the details required. The 'report date' can span the time that the teacher has had your child in their class - for example Sep 2019 - Jul 2023. We also need 4 things that they are known for - for example their jazzy skirts, patterned ties, kindness, sense of humour etc. to feature on the report. We also need your child/class name for the reporting officer and a short personalised message from the child/class.
